Joshua Perry, 25, was serving a five-year, six-month to 11-year sentence for aggravated assault and serious bodily injury and endangering the welfare of children in York County. On Tuesday, he was found unconscious in his cell at the State Correctional Institution at Somerset during a routine cell check and later pronounced dead, WJAC-TV in Johnstown is reporting.
