Get a job as a correctional officer and apply it yourself and you will fine your answer

Im in the middle of writing a training course based on the National institute of corrections model, and I got to wondering if it was actually effective. Has anyone here taken this course? Implemented any of it’s skills? How’s it worked out for you?

Also, Im working on (and a little stuck on) the FAQ section, so if anyone had suggestions for me, I would really appreciate it!
