Recently our head municipal judge passed a resolution that would allow all local law enforcement to ROR anyone with municipal warrants of 250.00 or less. This was initiated to help with the overcrowding. We still have johnny law bringing in guys with 250.00 bails and subsequently we have to do their bails. We are told to just take the inmate and we do the work that the cops don’t want to. Do any of your facilities have a limit on what you will accept $ wise on commitments.
