Topic: The Club House / Federal Bureau of Prisons

I would just like some information on the Federal Prisons. I have been trying to find out how long the hiring process is and what kind of pay you can expect. I know the Federal website has information but I would like to know from people that actually work for them. I am a Missouri CO going back to school to get my MBA and I think that with my education the Federal prison system would be a good way to go for me. So if anyone has any information let me know.
